Booking Information

Thank you for your interest in Caring Hands (Wiltshire) respite.

Your stay with Caring Hands (Wiltshire) will be subject to your holistic assessment being under taken. If Caring Hands (Wiltshire) can meet your needs a booking can be confirmed.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your respite stay. The balance of the bill will be paid on arrival.

Access to The Respite Suite will be from 2pm on the day of arrival until 2pm on the day of departure. Additional time at the premises can be negotiated.

The cost of your stay includes:

• 1 Hot main meal, breakfast, tea, and supper from a bespoke menu.
• Activities are also included i.e. visits to a local garden center/park/visiting friends etc.*
• Daily newspapers/magazines can be requested.*
• Use of a telephone is always available to free phone or local rate numbers.
• Family and friends are always welcome to visit you during your stay. If they would like to join you for your lunch/tea this can be arranged with sufficient notice at an additional cost.

*(Activities which include travel within 10 miles is included however 45p per mile thereafter any admission fees will be at your own cost and request for newspapers, magazines are also at your own cost.)
